This brief asked to create a campaign to aid those who experience mental health issues.
Our insight found that although seasonal depression is so commonly spoken about, the rates of suicide actually go up in the Spring, with April being the heaviest month. This is opposite to common belief, therefore we thought by raising awareness of this, as well as partnering with the Samaritans, this would encourage reaching out to someone who is struggling and being aware of this unknown fact.
